First Appointment - $150

We will go over your health history, detailed symptom info, a food journal together.Next I will perform a full functional evaluation to gain as much information from your body as I can on where deficiencies are and where I need to support you first. Then we will finish the appointment discussing a unique dietary and lifestyle protocol - each client receives something tailored to their own needs.

Follow-Up Session - $100 + Lab work costs every 3-6 months

The goal of the follow up appointments is to measure how you are doing and track your progress. Each time we get together, you can expect to leave with a new goal and information to further you along on your journey.

Distant Client Consultation
1-2 hours in length
Don’t live in the OKC metro area but still would like nutritional therapy services? No problem! I can still help you out. This service still includes an in-depth look at your health history and concerns and it also still comes with a tailored health plan for your specific needs.
$150 for 1st session and $100 for each follow-up.
Bloodwork Analysis Consultations
1 hour in length
This type of consultation includes getting specific bloodwork done prior to meeting together. Then we will meet to discuss the findings of your bloodwork. There are several panels that you can choose from for analysis. Each bloodwork session includes the price of a requisition order form, and then a session to explain the findings. You will leave with a recommendation as to what direction you can take to start feeling better.
Basic Wellness Panel: $240
Wellness Plus Panel: $315 (everything in the basic panel + a full thyroid panel)
Full Thyroid Panel: $200
Cooking Classes or Educational Nutrition Classes - Prices vary
Periodically I will host cooking classes in the Sharing Sustenance Kitchen. These classes usually are divided by age groups, including kids, youths, and adult classes or events.
