Learning about and incorporating a nutrient dense, properly prepared diet into your routine will change your life. The food we eat plays a huge role in our body and overall health. It helps build cells and synthesizes hormones. Over 80% of our immune system lies within our gut. The health of our microbiome is so vital to our overall immunity which comes into play with fighting acute illnesses, chronic disease, and even cancer.

For so long the mainstream medical community has wanted us to think that our hope for fighting illness is with medication. But, we can help ourselves out more by taking care of the friendly microbiome that lies within us already. Many diseases stem from nutritional deficiencies that can be addressed with nutritional therapy. The majority of our diets are overrun with refined sugars and processed foods. At Sharing Sustenance we take a holistic approach for helping you find healing in your body. You are a WHOLE person and there is nothing inside your body that doesn’t affect another part. Each symptom or ailment that you have never stands alone, so we don’t look at it as if they are. Using the five foundations of your body - Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Hydration, Essential Fatty Acids, and Minerals - we will work together to find the root cause of what is bothering you.
