This class consists of some recipes that you might consider as "fancy dishes". When I say fancy, I don't necessarily mean difficult, although these recipes are designed for someone who might already have a love of cooking. (Beginners are welcome though! :)) During this class we will explore main dishes, side dishes, and some desserts to really challenge the students. As with all the recipes we cook here at the Sharing Sustenance kitchen they will be made with fresh, organic ingredients and refined sugar free. Recipes will include things like Risotto, Cream Brûlée, Croissants, Homemade Mozzarella Cheese, Fermented Root beer, and more. If your child has attended classes here before or just has a desire to learn some more difficult cooking skills, they will really love these recipes and skills.
