"Know Your Food" - Youth Classes


I love teaching others the power of eating food that fully nourishes your body. I want to show the students how fun and addicting it is to know your ingredients and what you are putting in your food. These classes are designed for older kids, learning all recipes made from “Real Food” ingredients. Baking, Main courses, appetizers, drinks and more! I am really excited to dive into these recipes and do some harder skills with your preteens and teens! Class menus are below…

"Know Your Food" classes are designed for students in Jr. High and High school ages.  With a class comprised of only older kids, we can go over skills and recipes that require a little more skill. Class menus are below:

June 12th - 1:30-4:00 - "Brunch!" **Dreamsicle Smoothie, Eggs Benedict (Hollandaise and poaching an egg), and Sourdough English Muffins**

June 26th - 1:30-4:00 - "La Comida!" **Chicken Chili Verde Tacos, Mexican Rice, and Refined Sugar Free Churros**

July 17th - 1:30-4:00 - "The Perfect Italian Sourdough" **Sourdough Noodles, Ravioli, and Strawberry Cobbler with Sourdough Crust**

July 31st - 1:30-4:00 - "All things Sourdough Baking!" **Artisan Sourdough Bread, Sweet Sourdough Crepes, and Sourdough Croissants**

August 10th - 4:30-7:00 - "Friday Night, Movie Night!" **Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, Fermented Root Beer, and Cesar Salad with Creamy Dressing**

August 24th - 4:30-7:00 - "A walk through Asia" **Beef and Kale Pho, Asian Chicken Chopped Salad, and Mochi Doughnuts (Asian Doughnuts)**
