Each Month there will be a class for Jr. High and High School students, ages 11-18. Each class offers learning new recipes, kitchen skills and safety, and fun! All recipes will be designed with real food ingredients, unrefined sugars, fresh ground whole grains, and the most delicious things you will ever taste! These classes are offered monthly and full of fun! As always, we will focus on foods that fully nourishes your body and this time, from all over the world! The continents/countries we will be featuring this fall are Italy, Asian, South America, and Mexico. These classes are designed for older kids, learning all recipes made from “Real Food” ingredients. I am really excited to dive into these recipes and do some harder skills with your preteens and teens! Class menus are below…

"Cooking Around the World" classes are designed for students in Jr. High and High school ages.  With a class comprised of only older kids, we can go over skills and recipes that require a little more skill. Class menus are below:

September 7th - 4:30-6:30 - "Italy!" **Crusty Italian Bread, Delicious Olive Oil Dip, Berry Tiramisu**

October 5th - 4:30-6:30 - "Asia!" **Fresh Spring Rolls with Chicken, Chinese Almond Cookies**

November 2nd - 4:30-6:30 - "South America!" **Kabobs with Chimichurri Sauce, Fried Plantains with Chocolate Sauce**

December 7th - 4:30-6:30 - "Mexican Christmas!" **Farm Raised Pork Tamales, Mexican Hot Chocolate, Holiday Posole**
